Self referral

How does the self-referral process work?

Navigating the self-referral process is an important step towards your healing journey, and we understand that you will likely have questions about Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. Many answers can be found in our FAQs, including medical eligibility criteria and the process you’ll go through during treatment.

Step 1
Referral received

Our clinical team is reviewing your referral to confirm the treatment is suitable for you and will call if we have any questions.

Step 2
Referral verified

Once verified, we will need a copy of your Summary Care Record (SCR) from your GP – don’t worry, we can support you with this.

Step 3
SCR received

After receiving your SCR, our consultant psychiatrist will review your case & schedule you in for an Initial Medical Assessment (IMA)

Step 4
Initial Medical Assessment (IMA)

You are invited to the clinic to meet with the nurses to discuss your background with our consultant psychiatrist (90 mins) to ensure the treatment is right for you.

Step 5
Begin treatment

After your IMA, our multi-disciplinary team will review your case and allocate a therapist; our team will contact you to schedule the appointments and begin treatment.

When you’re ready, fill out the self-referral form below.
